Ready in 45 minutes

Ingredients:

1lb Crawfish tails

Bag of Pasta of your choice

½ cup of chopped onions

½ cup of chopped bell peppers

1 minced clove of garlic or garlic powder

2 tbsps of parsley (dry or fresh)

2 tbsps of Cajun seasoning all (your choice)

1 cup of cheddar cheese cubed or shredded

1 can of evaporated milk

Olive oil

½ cup of butter

1 Jalapeno pepper (small)

Directions:

Bring a pot of water to boil with a pinch of salt and dash of olive oil then add your pasta

After about 5 minutes take out your noodles and drain in a colander. Set aside.

Cut up onion, bell pepper, garlic, and jalapeno pepper really fine. Don't forget to remove the seeds from the jalapeno pepper (very, very, very hot part)!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dice your cheese if needed

Coat the bottom of the pot with olive oil and saute your onions, bell pepper, garlic, jalapeno pepper.

Then add a half cup of butter and crawfish tails for 5 mins on medium heat.

Add cheese, milk, cajun seasoning all, and parsley to the same pot.

Stir until all the cheese has melted.

Lastly, add your cooked pasta and stir. Turn off the burner, garnish with more parsley and eat.

Ca c’est bon!

Lagniappe (Something Extra)

This dish can be turned in to Jambalaya Pasta by adding cut-up chicken and sausage along with the crawfish.
